Burns Marquee Club series

Burns Marquee Club Series electric guitar in excellent condition

Burns Marquee Club Series electric guitar in excellent condition

This lovely Burns Marquee is in excellent condition. In fact it looks like it’s hardly been played. It still has the cellophane over the pick guards.

The gold plated “The Point Classic” bridge and tremolo arm are clear of pitting. The gold coloured tuners are in excellent condition and the fret board doesn’t show any signs of wear. In fact, I had to look hard for any fault. If you look very closely, there are a few very tiny scratch marks on the pick cover near the tone & volume knobs and similar marks on the back cover plate. However, most of the scratchplate scratches won’t be there if you peel off the protective cellophane.

Other gold coloured hardware includes the strap pins and the tuners.

From the serial number, I’d say this Korean made Burns is from 1999. The Rez-o-matic pickups are ideal for those Hendrix fans. Anyway, at this price I’m sure this guitar will be on its way to a Burns fan very quickly.

The guitar will be supplied with a second-hand padded Kinsman gig bag.
