In addition, it has an AER AK-15 pickup fitted. This is a very good pickup and well suited to an acoustic guitar of this quality. The top is solid Mahogany, with solid Mahogany back and sides. Martin Guitars have used Mahogany for a variety of reasons. It’s a light tone wood that produces a light and clear tone with bright trebles. Considering the body size, it’s loud and offers that mellow tone that Martin Guitars are renowned for. I understand that Martin made limited numbers of the 00-15. Left-handed versions are even more limited. So, here’s your chance. This one is supplied with a good quality Martin hard case. Regarding the condition. It’s unmarked with the exception of some finger / plectrum scratches on the scratch plate. If you are after a Mahogany Martin 00-15, and you’re left handed, then this is a snip.
