Commodore N25 Made in Japan 1970s electric acoustic thin body The Commodore N25 is a 1970’s Japanese answer to the Gibson ES-335 and the Epiphone EA-250 / Aria 5102T. This particular guitar is in very good condition. Overall, there are only very light scratches here and there. No chips, deep gouges or even nasty buckle rash. It retains all of the original parts including the black-top pickups, lovely little control knobs scratch plate, roller-bridge/ the tail piece is even original and has the correct full tremolo arm. The headstock has one tiny mark under the lacquer by the G-string pin. The inline tuners are original too. The frets and fingerboard doesn’t look like they’ve seen much play (If any). The action is on the high side, but the neck could be shimmed. It's currently about 4.5mm at the 12th. There is a truss rod but I haven’t attempted to see if it works. The binding close to the neck has come away slightly. That’s typical of these Commodore’s.
